Section 12A
To Write For Other Necessary Action
In case any person holding a public post commits an improper conduct and causes harm or loss to Government of Nepal or
public institutions, the Commission shall write to the concerned body or authority to make up for the losses incurred or to take any other necessary action deemed
appropriate by the Commission.
